Selects the maximum time allowed per site for an ISP (Inbound Signaling Packet) retry sequence. The radio retries 5 times or until this time expires, whichever comes first. This selection applies for the current Trunking System. Time is in seconds.
When the System Type field is set to "ASTRO 25", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
